About

Hundarap Valley is a side valley near Phander in western Ghizer. A mountain stream flows through green meadows and small farming settlements, and the surrounding slopes rise to rocky ridges. The valley is best known for trout fishing and camping. Its calm setting, clean water, and open pastures make it popular with anglers and with travellers looking for an unhurried mountain experience. It is also the gateway to Hundrap Lake, which can be reached on foot from Hundarap village. The valley connects to remote high routes, so it is also used by trekkers exploring the less-visited parts of Ghizer.
