Chilas Babusar road update — alternate route status.Closed NOW , This route describes the alternate connection between Chilas and the Babusar Top area, used as a secondary link between the Karakoram Highway and the Kaghan Valley route when conditions on one road affect travel plans. It offers travelers a fallback option during localized closures. Given its role as an alternate route, conditions here can vary significantly by season, and it typically sees less maintenance priority than the main KKH. This route is only viable in the warmer months, in line with Babusar Top's own seasonal access window.
